Despite a deeper understanding of the nodes and blocks of dynamic processes, theories and models based on the digital economy largely do not take into account the influence of an independent innovator or entrepreneur on important economic results. The accumulation of factors of production, that is expert knowledge, human and / or physical capital, cannot explain the significance of economic development. Innovation and entrepreneurship are necessary in order to transform these resources in a profitable way, and this was thought out by Adam Smith (Andersson and Tollison, 1982).
